Shotgun Gift Tag


Shotgun Gift Tag- JMRush 
Approximate size: W 6” X H 1.25”

This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.
This design can be used as a gift tag or ornament.

1. Cut design pieces.
2. Glue the gun stock and barrel pieces to the gun silhouette ( no circular hanger).
3. Flip the gun base (with a circular hanger) over (pretty side down) and glue the other solid gun shape on, centering it. (This is optional and is used for writing if you will be using this for a gift tag and not an ornament). Glue the pump to the combined gun silhouette.
4. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the combined gun silhouette to the combined gun base. I used an enamel dot to finish the shot gun:)

1. Cut design pieces.
2. Glue the solid shell to the shell base with a circular hanger, centering it with the coordinating shape.
3.Glue the bottom of the shell to the bottom of the combined shell base. Glue the shell mid section( with line cut outs) and oval top into place on the combined shell base.
4. Flip the combined shell over (pretty side down) and glue the other solid shell shape on, centering it. (This is optional and is used for writing if you will be using this for a gift tag and not an ornament)
5.Glue the smaller bottom shell piece on top of the larger bottom shell piece:)

Reindeer Gift Tag


Reindeer Gift Tag- JMRush 
Approximate size: H 3” X W 2.5”

1. Cut design pieces. 
2. Glue one of the circles to the back of the deer silhouette piece, centering it.
3. Flip the snowflake silhouette piece over (pretty side down) and glue the other circle on, centering it. (This is optional and is used for writing if you will be using this for a gift tag and not an ornament)
4. Flip the combined snowflake piece back over (pretty side up). Attach foam adhesive squares to the back of the combined reindeer piece and apply glue to the circular hanger at the top 
5. Secure the combined reindeer’s circular hanger to the front side of the combined snowflake. Allow the foam adhesive squares to adhere to the combined snowflake piece. Finish with a ribbon:)

Jingle Bells Gift Tag

1. Cut design pieces. 
2. Glue the jingle bells with cut outs to their coordinating (slightly larger) bases with oval hangers at the top.
3. Flip the combined jingle bells over (pretty side down) and glue the (slightly smaller) bases with oval hangers on. (This is optional and is used for writing if you will be using this for a gift tag and not an ornament)
4. Flip the bells back over (pretty side up) and string a thin ribbon through each of the hangers. (I looped mine around twice so they would not slide together)
5. I tied the thin ribbons ends together and then hot glued a fuller ribbon at the top:)

Pinecone Gift Tag

1. Cut design pieces. 
2. Flip the pinecone base (circular hanger at the top) over (pretty side down). Glue the solid plain pinecone to the back. (This is optional and is used for writing if you will be using this for a gift tag and not an ornament)
3. Flip the tag back over (pretty side up) and glue the cut out pinecone to the front. 
4.-5. Curve the pine needles as you like and glue them at the top of the pinecone.
6. I finished with a ribbon and an enamel dot:)

Joy Gift Tag


Joy Gift Tag- JMRush

1. Cut design pieces. (There is a large “Joy” script missing from the beginning of this tutorial. It appears in image 5.)
2.Glue the smallest script to the medium sized script. Glue the panel with pinecone cut outs to the solid base with a circular hanger at the top.
3. Flip the combined tag over and glue the solid plain panel to the back. (This is optional and is used for writing if you will be using this for a gift tag and not an ornament)
4.-5. Flip the tag back over (pretty side up). Curve the pine needles as you like and glue them above the pinecone cut outs. Two sets on each pinecone. I attached three small red enamel dots on top of each of the pinecone needle/pinecones.
6. Glue the combined “joy” script to the largest script. 
7. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the script to the front of the tag and finish with a ribbon:)

Stacked Winter Deer Card

1. Cut design pieces.
2. Fold the card base. Glue the deer head piece with eye openings to the solid deer head piece. Glue the large scarf design piece to the coordinating shape on the full deer solid silhouette.
3. Glue the tail and full deer silhouette with ear openings to the coordinating shapes on the combined full deer piece.
4. Glue the small scarf piece to the deer silhouette with two legs. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined deer head to the combined two leg silhouette piece. 
5.Glue the tips of the ears of the combined two lead silhouette together.
6. Repeat image.
7. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined two leg silhouette to theLarger combined silhouette. Use a piece of foam adhesive square to attach the nose.
8. Glue the tips of both layers of ears together.
9.Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined deer to the front of the card:)

1. Cut design pieces.
2. Fold the card base. Glue the oval head piece with eye openings to the solid oval head piece. Glue the ear muff design piece to the coordinating shape on the full bird silhouette.
3. Glue the eyes to the coordinating shapes on the combined oval head piece. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the beak to the  combined oval head piece. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the Half moon scarf piece to the coordinating shape on the larger scarf piece. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the squarish scarf piece to the middle of the combined scarf piece. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the earmuffs to the coordinating shapes on the combined bird silhouette. Glue the feet to the winged bird body piece.
4. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the bird head/tummy piece to the combined winged bird body and the tummy piece on top of that.
5. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the combined oval head to the combined winged bird body. Glue the combined scarf piece to the combined winged bird body. 
6. Glue the combined winged bird body to the full bird silhouette and then  glue the combined bird to the front of the card. I used adhesive enamel dots to accentuate the eyes:)

Stacked Winter Fox Card

1. Cut design pieces.
2. Fold the card base. Glue the solid head base piece to the solid head piece with the scarf at the bottom. Glue the face piece to the head piece with ear cut outs.
3. Glue the combined face/head piece to the combined head/scarf piece. Glue the nose to the combined head piece.
4. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined fox head piece to the front leg body piece and then to the full body piece. Glue the combined fox to the front of the card.
5. I used adhesive enamel dots to accentuate the eyes:)

1. Cut design pieces. (There is an additional nose piece not shown in this tutorial) ( I ended up using a textured/marbled brown card stock for three of the four squirrel body pieces)
2. Fold the card base. Glue the skis to the squirrel base piece.
3. Glue the large squirrel piece to the coordinating shape on the combined squirrel base piece. 
4. Glue the small squirrel body piece (with no arms) to the combined squirrel base piece. 
5. Glue the tip of the single ski pole to the combined squirrel base at the coordinating shape. Tuck the single ski pole under the arm of the last squirrel body piece and glue to the combined squirrel base piece.
6. Glue the scarf to the coordinating shape on the combined squirrel base.
7. Glue the head to the combined squirrel base piece.
8. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined squirrel to the front of the card.Glue the small nose to the combined squirrel. I used adhesive enamel dots to accentuate the eye:)

Ice Skates Gift Tag

This tutorial contains both the single and double ice skate gift tag images.
  1. Cut Design pieces.
  2. Glue the ice skate shapes to the coordinating shapes on the largest ice skate shape.
  3. Flip the combined ice skate over and glue the last ice skate shape on.
  4. Using approximately 22” of 1/8” ribbon (or smaller) loop the ribbon through the bottom eyelet of the combined card. Pull the ribbon so that the ends are even each side.
  5. Thread on side of the ribbon through each eyelet.
  6. Repeat with the other side of the ribbon threading the opposite way as before ( under or over the top of the card)
  7. Tie your ribbon.
  8. Loop a ribbon through the top loop of the combined ice skate.

  4. Open the card and glue the solid ice skate shape to the inside coordinating shape.
  5. Using approximately 22” of 1/8” ribbon (or smaller) loop the ribbon through the bottom eyelet of the combined card. Pull the ribbon so that the ends are even each side.
  6. Thread on side of the ribbon through each eyelet.
  7. Repeat with the other side of the ribbon threading the opposite way as before ( under or over the top of the card)
  8. Tie your ribbon.

2. Fold the card base. Glue the solid face to the hat scarf piece. Glue the face piece with large eye holes to the coordinating shape with smaller eye holes. Glue the nose to the muzzle piece. Glue the hat tail stripe design pieces to the coordinating shapes on the tail.
3. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the puff ball shape to the hat piece. Glue the combined face piece to the combined scarf/hat piece. Glue the eye outline piece to the combined scarf/hat piece. 
4. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the combined hat piece to the combined scarf/hat piece. Glue the combined muzzle piece to the combined scarf/hat piece.
5. Glue the combined scarf/hat piece to the smaller body piece.
6. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined smaller body piece to the larger one.
7. Glue the combined Raccoon to the front of the card base. I used adhesive enamel dots to accentuate the eyes:)

Indian Girl Hug Treat Box

This treat box features character arms that open to a small treat box. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock for the box base).
2. Glue the full indian head with eye cut outs to the solid indian head base. Glue the indian face with large eye openings to the indian face base that has smaller eye openings.  Glue the two hand pieces to the cuff base pieces. Glue the feather to the combined head piece.
3. Glue the combined indian face piece to the combined indian head piece. Fold the score lines on the box base. Glue the head band to the combined indian head.
4. Glue the collar trim piece to the shirt piece. Glue the combined shirt piece to the box base. Glue the combined indian head to the box base.
5. Apply glue to the two top tabs of the box base and secure them to the top (head) panel.
6. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
7. Apply glue to the bottom tab of the center narrow strip section. Secure the center narrow strip tab to the backside of the inside of the box.
8. Glue the hands to the coordinating shapes on the box base hands. The hands tuck into the slots of the center strip. I added enamel dots to accentuate the indian’s eyes. Glue the fringe piece on the front of the box:)

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock for the box base).
2. Glue the full pilgrim head with eye cut outs to the slightly larger one with a collar shape on the bottom. Glue the pilgrim face with large eye openings to the pilgrim face base that has smaller eye openings. Glue the cuff pieces with circle cut outs to the slightly larger cuff base pieces; aligning on the smallest edge. Glue the hat dimension pieces to the hat piece.
3. Glue the combined pilgrim face pieces to the combined pilgrim head piece. Glue the pilgrim hair to the combined combined head piece. Fold the score lines on the box base. Glue the large open rectangular buckle piece to the rectangle belt piece. Glue the hat trim piece to the combined hat. Glue the small open rectangular buckle to the combined hat.
4. Glue the combined pilgrim head to the box base. Glue the combined hat to the pilgrim combined box base. I used a small piece of foam square adhesive to attach the brim of the hat and added enamel dots to the pilgrim’s eyes. Apply glue to the two top tabs of the box base and secure them to the top (head) panel.
5. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
6. Apply glue to the bottom tab of the center narrow strip section. Secure the center narrow strip tab to the backside of the inside of the box.
7. Glue the hands to the coordinating shapes on the box base hands. Glue the cuff pieces into place. The hands tuck into the slots of the center strip.  Glue the combined belt piece on the front of the box:)
